Southcentral Foundation is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. In this role, you'll proactively connect with talented professionals, build meaningful relationships, and develop talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs. Working closely with our recruiting team, you'll play a key role in identifying exceptional talent and strengthening SCF's ability to recruit for high-demand and hard-to-fill positions.

Hiring Range: $76,793.60 to $102,391.47

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and developing talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs across SCF. This role specializes in candidate sourcing, market research, and talent engagement. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with the talent acquisition team to support recruiting strategies and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill, clinical, and high-demand positions.

Qualifications:

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Two (2) years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, to include healthcare, nonprofit, or other complex organizational environments.

3. AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) certification, OR AIRS Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSRM) certification, OR ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire.

Pursuant to the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, as amended, SCF pursues a policy of Alaska Native/American Indian preference in hiring, contracting, and training.
