Qualifications/Requirements:
The dual-hatted Acquisition Test Manager/Integrated Product Team Lead is a key member of the Product Group Management Branch overseeing a Product Group Section of 20 multi-functional personnel as well as providing test expertise to the PMs within the Division and serves as the test functional expert to Division leadership. The IPT Lead assesses progress in assigned projects/programs, plans, organizes and coordinates activities of functional specialists, reviews and directs the progress of contractors in meeting program objectives, and prepares and presents presentations to the Branch Chief and other Division management to include the Division Chief. The TM leads the development of critical test and acquisition documents including Test Evaluation Master Plans, Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Reports while serving as a key advisor to program managers on all test-related aspects of within the branch. The successful candidate will co-chair the Integrated Test Team (ITT), collaborate with Lead Developmental and Operational Test Organizations to plan and monitor test events, and act as the PMO ALT-LDTO for a subset of programs to ensure independent government test oversight. Additionally, the role drives the modernization of software testing toward agile methodologies, collaborates within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to develop cost estimates and schedules, and executes robust technical governance by conducting Test Readiness Reviews, reviewing organic and contractor test plans, and contributing to Configuration Control and Deficiency Review Boards.

This role serves as the central authority for test engineering and acquisition strategy within the Product Group Management Branch.
The position bridges the gap between acquisition program management and technical test execution, ensuring robust, independent, and modernized testing frameworks are built directly into program lifecycles.
