Job Description
Ares is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join the Ares' Recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing active and passive talent, acting as a sourcing subject matter expert, communicating important market updates and building out strong talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and provide exceptional client service to the recruiting team, promptly addressing all related requests and queries, streamlining and improving our recruitment processes to ensure best practices in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.
In partnership with Senior Recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will interact with business leaders and hiring managers, acting as a strong strategic partner and candidate relationship manager. This role will support high volume recruitment across all levels within Ares' growing Digital Infrastructure platform including Ada Infrastructure, its dedicated data center development and operations business.

Primary functions & responsibilities
  • Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence, market mappings, direct outreach to passive candidates, networking and screening
  • Support hiring initiatives within Digital Infrastructure and data center-related businesses by identifying talent across areas such as investments, engineering, construction management, critical facilities, project management, commissioning, operations, and other related technical disciplines.
  • Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external candidates through the full life cycle recruitment process
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR COE's and business leads to understand talent needs and deliver strategies and solutions for sourcing
  • Act as a positive and leading brand ambassador for Ares. This will include keeping up to date with Ares press releases, awards, new initiatives, events, philanthropy, announced deals etc.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required or international equivalent
Experience Required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Talent Sourcing experience required within corporate, retained and/or contingent recruitment search
  • Experience sourcing technical talent within one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Infrastructure, Data Centers, Construction Management, Engineering, Critical Facilities, Project Management, Technical Operations or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Boolean searches and strategic talent sourcing methods
  • Previous Workday experience is preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$100,000-$120,000
