MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • The Consultant has three years' experience with coding and testing PHP.
  • The Consultant has three years' experience with coding and testing HTML.
  • The Consultant has three years' experience with coding and testing Javascript.
  • The Consultant has three years' experience with configuring and managing an Acquia/Drupal Content Management System (CMS).
  • The Consultant has three years' experience with gathering, documenting, and managing functional requirements and developing technical requirements.
  • The Consultant has two years' experience with coding using responsive design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. The Consultant is an Acquia Certified Developer - Drupal 9 or above and has attached proof of certification with this Response Form.
  2. Experience coding using HTML5, Bootstrap, and Twig.
  3. The Consultant has experience coding web pages that meet ADA accessibility guidelines.
  4. The Consultant has experience working with SQL.
