Description
Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Buckeye, AZ paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by removing and re-organizing products and documenting progress using our app.

Schedule & Hours 
  • Pay: $20/hour 
  • Start Date: June 28th until July 3rd 2026 
  • Start Time: 8:00AM
  • Shift Length: 8 hours (includes unpaid lunch break)  
  • Arrival: 15 minutes early required  

Responsibilities
  • You must arrive on time and be ready to complete a full shift.
  • You must bring a box cutter and a pen or marker.
  • Check-in as an Acosta representative with the Reset Team Lead.
  • Listen carefully to the Team lead, he will point out which section needs to be reset.
  • Organize products on the set according to the planograms.
  • Place the correct price tags per product.
  • Clean the area you worked at and dispose of any trash remains.
  • Document Before and After with photographs and descriptions.

Requirements (Must Have)  

  • Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience 
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods  
  • Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App  
  • Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation  
  • Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
