Job Description:
The Aescit Corporation (“Aescit”) is an industrial construction service provider, focused on delivering Contractor solutions in the Oil & Gas, Power, Data, Chemical and Manufacturing industries.

Aescit is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in industrial construction. The position will be located in Houston, TX.

Key Job Duties:
  • Plan, execute, and manage project schedules and material delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage material procurement, material and subcontractor service schedules, and resource plans.
  • Daily client schedule and requirement coordination.
  • Host technical discussions and problem resolution meetings with client engineering teams and expediters pertaining to underground precast concrete utility materials, rebar, precast, and precast concrete structural building members.
  • Hands-on project schedule and material specification digital documentation uploads.
  • Logistics management and coordination.
  • Understand and manage technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation through end-user / client-specified project management software.
  • Manage and monitor Purchase Orders, Budgets, and ensure invoicing team has information needed to invoice accurately.
  • Maintain accurate project records with financial controllers.
  • Ensure that quality standards and specifications are being achieved.
  • Ability to obtain material and service quotations when required of a project.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in mega-project / large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in heavy commercial and industrial construction.
  • Experienced in understand precast concrete material structures, such as columns, manholes, etc.
  • Experience in the installation underground utilities such as inlets, duct-banks, etc.
  • Experience in the installation of rebar and structural steel.
  • Ability to utilize various project management software, including Aconex Project Management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.

Working Conditions:
  • At-home or in office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing plants, construction sites, or industrial facilities.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines or respond to operational needs.

Salary:
  • $130K Annual Salary.
  • Attainable performance-based bonus.
