We encourage an environment where people have the autonomy to create and deliver within their business.

The Role:

The Infor M3 Developer will play a critical role in supporting and extending ACH Foods’ Infor Cloud Suite Food & Beverage ERP environment across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution. This practical position is responsible for developing integrations, automations, workflows, forms, and custom extensions that improve business processes, make system reliability better, and enhance the user experience. Working closely with IT, business stakeholders, operations teams, and external partners, the role will help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while supporting ACH’s broader focus on operational efficiency and intelligent automation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Solution Delivery Managers, business stakeholders, and third‑party integration partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, deployment guides, test plans, and support procedures.
  • Support application enhancements, upgrades, release management activities, environment promotions, testing, validation, deployment planning, and rollback procedures.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design sessions, and change management processes.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, scalability, and data governance requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to future initiatives involving intelligent automation, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI Services, and other technologies that may deliver business value.
What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of practical development experience with Infor M3, including customizations, forms, extensions, workflows, scripts, and data flows.
  • Experience developing and supporting solutions within Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (M3) or other cloud-based Infor M3 environments.
  • Extensive experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and transformation or mapping technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Infor middleware and integration platforms, including Infor ION, M3 APIs, BOD messaging, MEC, and related integration frameworks.
  • Experience with M3 H5 scripting, personalization, and extensibility frameworks such as XtendM3.
  • Practical experience in at least one backend programming language such as Java, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies used in M3 development.
  • Solid SQL development skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server or related database technologies.
  • Experience designing automated business solutions, workflow automation, or process optimization within ERP or enterprise application environments.
  • Experience supporting EDI integrations and third‑party application integrations.
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth2, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and secure API design.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), source control, testing methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field
