Job description

About Ace

Ace Marketing Services, Inc. is a creator marketing & growth agency. We turn approved creator-supplied material, original creative concepts, and performance insights into content that earns attention and supports creator growth.

This role works with adult-content creator material daily in a professional, confidential environment.

The role

We are hiring an editor-producer who can materially improve the quality, originality, and performance of what we publish. This is not a crop-and-repost role. You will find the story in raw footage, rebuild the hook, control pacing, improve sound and color, add purposeful captions and graphics, create platform-native versions, and turn approved source material into content people stop to watch.

You will also create net-new content concepts and finished assets for the team to post. The goal is a visible lift in editorial quality, creative originality, production speed, and content performance across assigned accounts.

What you will do

• Turn raw client uploads into polished short-form videos with stronger hooks, structure, pacing, captions, audio, color, and visual treatment.

• Create intentional platform-native versions for Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other active channels.

• Develop and produce new concepts from approved, consented creator assets.

• Build reusable editing systems: project templates, caption styles, sound and graphics libraries, export presets, naming rules, and review checklists.

• Work in person with the content team to review performance, pitch ideas, revise quickly, and raise the team's editing bar.

• Protect creator privacy, likeness rights, unreleased assets, and account data.

What we are looking for

• A portfolio that shows real editorial judgment—not only crops, filters, and transitions—and clearly identifies your contribution.

• Strong instincts for the first one to three seconds, story compression, rhythm, sound design, captions, and platform-native style.

• Fluency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or comparable professional workflows; AI-assisted production skill is a plus.

• Ability to create original ideas, not only execute someone else's selects.

• Fast, organized, receptive to direct feedback, and able to ship at volume without lowering the quality bar.

• Professional comfort with adult-content creator material and strict discretion.

• Based in the Orlando area or committed to relocating before the start date. This role is fully in person; remote and hybrid work are not available.

How success is measured

• Clear improvement in finished-content quality and originality.

• More high-quality, usable assets produced per week.

• Stronger retention, reach, clicks, and other approved content-performance measures from edited content.

• Faster revision cycles and fewer preventable quality-control failures.

• A stronger repeatable editing system used by the whole content team.

Benefits

Ace offers eligible full-time employees health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with employer match, subject to active plan rules.
