Digital Marketing Operations Manager — Ace Marketing


Location: Winter Park, Florida — in-person, five days per week


Reports to: Carson Slade, Founder & CEO


Employment: Full-time, W-2


Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 base plus a performance bonus


ABOUT ACE


Ace is an Orlando-based digital marketing and growth agency. Our in-office team manages client campaigns, produces digital content, coordinates publishing schedules, monitors performance, and works with specialized outside service providers. We are a small, fast-growing company where everyone takes ownership and the operating bar is high.


THE ROLE


We are hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to run the office and own daily execution across the business. You will keep client work moving, production schedules on track, vendors performing, and operational problems from piling up. This is a build-from-the-ground-up leadership role with a path toward Director of Operations or COO.


This is a leadership and execution role, not a finance role. The founder retains responsibility for banking, bookkeeping, and the monthly close. You will run people, processes, vendors, and the operational pipeline.


WHAT YOU WILL OWN


• Set the energy, expectations, and operating standards in the office.


• Run the weekly internal operations review and resolve issues across active client work.


• Hold team members accountable and support the founder on difficult performance decisions.


• Oversee digital content production schedules and quality-control standards.


• Ensure publishing schedules and campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on time.


• Manage outside service providers using clear service levels, quality measures, and performance reporting.


• Improve workflows, documentation, checklists, and operational dashboards.


• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, contractor onboarding, and scheduling.


TOOLS YOU WILL USE


• Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools in real day-to-day workflows.


• Higgsfield, Kling, and Seedance for content-production oversight, quality control, and day-to-day campaign execution.


• Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.


• Familiarity with Apps Script, marketing analytics, project-management systems, or automation is helpful.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


• At least two years leading a small team day to day.


• A referenceable track record of people leadership.


• Comfort giving direct feedback and holding clear standards.


• You will be expected to become comfortable using Higgsfield, Kling, and Seedance in operational workflows. Existing knowledge of these platforms is a significant advantage.


• Genuine hands-on AI experience and Google Workspace fluency.


• Strong organization, follow-through, discretion, and bias toward action.


• Experience coordinating client work, production workflows, or outside vendors.


• Based in or willing to relocate to the Orlando area.


• Eligible to work in the United States.


HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED


The first-90-day mandate is to visibly raise the operating bar. Ongoing success measures include reliable campaign delivery, schedule adherence, quality-control performance, client retention, vendor performance, and consistent daily execution.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


• $75,000–$95,000 base, commensurate with experience.
