Customer Service amp; Sales Support Specialist

Ace Manufacturing amp; Parts Company

Full-Time | Hourly | Customer Experience / Sales Support

Ace Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service amp; Sales Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and finding better ways to get things done.

This position develops extensive knowledge of Ace Manufacturing's products, manufacturing capabilities, and business processes to confidently guide both B2B and B2C customers through multiple sales channels, including distributors, private label customers, retail consumers, e-commerce, and outside sales support.

Pay amp; Benefits
  • Starting Pay: $20.00โ€“$23.00/hour, depending on experience
  • 10 paid holidays each year
  • 40 hours of paid vacation after 90 days
  • 40 additional vacation hours on your anniversary date
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 60 days of employment
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide proactive order and shipping updates.
  • Learn our product lines and help customers identify the right products and solutions.
  • Enter and manage orders, pricing, account information, backorders, RMAs, and related documentation.
  • Support outside sales with quotes, follow-up, and account coordination.
  • Work with Sales, Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, and Marketing to resolve customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate information within CRM and ERP systems.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn products, systems, and processes quickly.
  • ERP, CRM, WooCommerce, manufacturing, or similar business software experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Frequent computer and telephone use, ability to sit or stand for extended periods, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
