Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience Experience in hospitality, hotels, valet, restaurants, guest services, customer service, or another fast-paced service environment Strong communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills A valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles (if required) Ability to work outdoors and perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Luxury hotel or valet experience is a plus, but we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, leadership potential, and commitment to exceptional service.
