What You'll Do
  • Perform final inspections on completed products before they leave the facility
  • Verify shipments match customer orders and work orders
  • Audit loaded trucks, trailers, and staged inventory for accuracy
  • Capture and upload photos for shipment documentation
  • Identify and document quality concerns, damage, or discrepancies
  • Communicate findings with shipping, production, and leadership teams
  • Help ensure customers receive the correct products every time
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on quality issues to resolution

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or quality experience preferred
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn documentation systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and a commitment to quality
