By mid-morning, you’re walking the floor, validating counts, and reconciling any discrepancies you uncover. After lunch, you’re partnering with purchasing and logistics to fine-tune forecasts, and you wrap up by publishing clear, actionable reports for leadership—while coaching teammates on best practices that keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep stock levels right-sized by monitoring inventory and taking proactive action to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Lead routine counts and audits, investigate variances, and reconcile records to ensure accuracy.
  • Enhance inventory processes and tools, driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing and logistics to forecast demand and align replenishment plans.
  • Produce and interpret inventory reports that inform management decisions.
  • Support and train team members on inventory control procedures and SOPs.
  • Champion safe, high-quality inventory handling and adherence to company standards.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory control or a closely related function.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Comfort with inventory software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Self-direction and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exposure to warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
