Position: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist - Assisted Living (Minnesota) 


Responsibilities:

  • Billing for Assisted Living Facilities in Minnesota
  • Manages multiple facilities and multiple payers
  • Posts cash
  • Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.
  • Assists in answering resident billing issues. And Private Pay Refunds.
  • Enters and maintains additional individual resident ancillary charges/services provided.
  • Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential.
  • Attends AR meetings and triple-checks.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records, and restricted information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent billing experience specifically for Minnesota Assisted Living communities.
  • Experience needs to be in Minnesota Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Programs. 
  • Proficient in PCC
  • Ability to post cash in PCC
  • PCC Trust experience
  • Excel ability to run reports, sort items, etc from PCC.
  • Experience in Inovalon is preferred.
  • Managed Medicaid portals and their navigation.
