Title:     Accounts Receivable Analyst 

Reports To: Finance Supervisor

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible to process and maintain accounts receivable and all related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Account Reconciliations and Collections
  • Process Canadian and US deposits 
  • Review and credit approve customer orders
  • Process credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare month end files
  • Issue Credit Invoices
  • Process Dealer Portal Invoices
  • Maintain International customer accounts 

Education & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education with a minimum of Level 1 of a recognized accounting program or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years’ related accounting experience. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Crystal Reporting.  
  • Visual Manufacturing is an asset.
