You'll take ownership of the full Accounts Payable cycle by:
  • Processing high-volume invoices from receipt through payment
  • Coding invoices and reconciling vendor statements
  • Processing ACH, wire, and check payments
  • Preparing remote deposits
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end close
  • Researching and resolving vendor payment discrepancies
  • Building positive relationships with vendors and internal departments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting internal controls
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, thrives in a fast-paced accounting environment, and takes pride in accuracy.
Qualified candidates should have:
  • 5+ years of recent Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience processing high-volume invoices
  • Experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices and GAAP principles
Automotive accounting experience is a plus.
