Position Overview:
Mediacom seeks a Carrier/Wholesale and National Accounts Associate IV who will coordinate and implement Carrier/Wholesale and National Account Sales processes at the national level. In this role, you will be responsible for account set up and address review in CSF and work closely with external parties to affect order process, serviceability information and contract execution. There is a focus on billing resolution, escalation of prospect and client issues, and report generation.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with large Carrier and Wholesale clients.
  • Work in MetaSolv to create, monitor, and coordinate pre-sale serviceability, construction and installation.
  • Work in CSG to key cable modem orders, investigate billing disputes, and monitor installation process.
  • Create/process pre-sale ROI docs to determine serviceability for clients.
  • Work with Business Operations and Corporate Finance to monitor ROI and purchase order status.
  • Coordinate customer meetings/interactions with internal teams (Tech Ops, Engineering, etc.)
  • Escalate and resolve operational issues by contacting all responsible parties.
  • Work with Enterprise billing team for monthly revenue status.
  • Work with Carrier Account Executives to review contracts for order processing, disputes and escalations.
  • Initiate approvals needed for contract execution on Wholesale/Carrier orders.
  • Track customer contracts and collection of customer contribution for ROI forms
  • Create/update and send contracts to customers.
  • Work with legal as necessary to ensure appropriate contract process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years practical experience in coordinating and scheduling procedures between different departments and customers, in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Billing application experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills necessary.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry helpful; ability to perform all duties and responsibilities as described in a full and successful manner.
