Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Deal Clerk / Assistant Office Manager to join their amazing team.

Responsibilities
  • Process, bill, and break down wholesale deals, swaps, and used car stock-ins
  • Post and reconcile finance reserve, holdback, and incentive statements; manage floorplan payoffs, liens, and warranties
  • Oversee out-of-state and local registration processes, manage vehicle titles, and handle all deal-related scanning and overnighting of contracts
  • Prepare daily bank deposits, cash reports, and sales commission/chargeback detail reports
  • Assist with month-end closing, annual audits, and government regulation compliance
  • Maintain petty cash, coordinate professional meetings, and ensure all factory incentives are accurately coded in the dealership system

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting experience in a new car dealership
  • Computer proficient: Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace software
