We have a new opening for a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team.

Do you have three or more years producing financial statements? Are you familiar with real estate or property accounting? Do you have high attention to detail and enjoy variety in your work? Then we need you!

Our next Staff Accountant will:

  • Prepare regular property financial statements
  • Fulfill financial reporting requirements
  • Monitor cost against budget and recommend adjustments
  • Support the property management team by offering your expertise
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules
  • Review invoices for proper coding
  • Manage banking and cash flow responsibilities
  • Perform journal entries and month-end reconciliations
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Maintain internal controls

To perform this work you will need:
