How Youll Make An Impact
  • Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, use tax, capitalization, and Accounts Payable processing requirements.
  • Enter and release invoices in the accounting system
  • Communicate with properties regarding invoice questions
  • Payment issuing process (Check Run)
  • Vendor Statement Review
  • Audit credit cards, expense reports, and petty cash
  • Assist with 1099 Processing

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
