Sheraton Denver West Hotel | Lakewood, CO

Sheraton Denver West is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Accounting Coordinator to join our leadership team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the hotel's financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting records, timely invoice processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. This role works closely with hotel leadership and corporate accounting to help drive financial success while supporting daily hotel operations.

What You'll Do
  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment of vendors
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Review and reconcile revenue, deposits, and cash activity
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Assist with audits and provide requested financial support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
  • Partner with department leaders to answer financial questions and improve operational efficiencies
