Job description

Position Title: Administrative Associate

Supervisor: Office Manager

Classification: Hourly, Full-time

BASIC PURPOSE:

Performs complex and confidential administrative functions to ensure assigned department operations flow smoothly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Driver check-in
  • Reviewing product overages and shortages
  • Inventory
  • Counting of money and making deposits
  • Accounting

Administrative Support

  • Assist with reports as needed.
  • Assist with incoming telephone calls.

Other Responsibilities

  • Performs other related duties as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience desired.
  • Minimum 2 years college or work experience desired.
  • Must be proficient user of computer (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Basic Accounting experience preferred (bookkeeping, etc.)
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Work requires continued attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
  • Must be able to work evening hours if needed
  • Must be able to pass background checks (i.e. police backgrounds, reference checks).
