In this role, you'll support multiple areas of our accounting operations while collaborating with departments across the business. From managing invoices and vendor payments to assisting with audits and customer accounts, you'll play an important role in helping our team deliver exceptional service every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support daily accounting operations, including invoicing, vendor payments, and cash receipts.
  • Assist with annual audits and other accounting projects.
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process customer service requests and support billing and pricing functions.
  • Track internal expenses, prepare reports, and assist with annual audits.
  • Provide general administrative support while helping keep the accounting department running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of accounting experience (Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus.
