What You Will Do:

  • Manage all third-party payment platforms like a backstage hero of the AP world.
  • Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and pull reports that keep our finances on point.
  • Train users, troubleshoot systems, and recommend smarter, faster ways to do things.
  • Set up users and support company-wide inquiries about disbursement and expense platforms (you're the go-to guru).
  • Use platform analytics to uncover trends for forecasting, budgeting, and compliance (hello, insights!).


What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of AP or accounting experience - You know your way around complex payables like a pro.
  • Experience with multi-property and multi-state processing - Because juggling is your superpower.
  • Strong Excel skills - Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs don't scare you-they motivate you.
  • Exposure to Sage300, Concur, or Fintech - These tools make your workflow smoother and smarter.
