ES Foundry Corp Finance Controller Job Summary

The Financial Controller is responsible for leading the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. This position plays a critical leadership role within a manufacturing environment by partnering with operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and executive leadership to improve financial performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic decision-making.

The Controller will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, manage the accounting team, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely reporting while driving continuous process improvements and ERP optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Perform variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance.
