Pathway Talent Partners is supporting a growing organization in the medical manufacturing sector in its search for a well-rounded Accounting Specialist. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where accuracy, collaboration, and initiative are key. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while ensuring financial integrity across various accounting functions.

This position plays a critical role in supporting daily financial operations—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and compliance reporting—and contributes to broader financial process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and accurately allocate expenses

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for monthly sales tax and annual business tax filings

  • Support associate expense reporting activities as needed

  • Process outgoing payments in alignment with financial policies and procedures

  • Manage daily invoicing of customer shipments (accounts receivable)

  • Handle incoming payments, including credit card transactions and cash receipts

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
