The Role
Experienced Associates with our Private Accounting Solutions Practice, serve as members of various client service teams to support a variety of clients, including executives, entrepreneurs, and business entities. Experienced Associates receive both formal and on-the-job training to hone and develop their technical accounting skills.
Experienced Associates can expect to:
  • Perform accounting and general ledger functions;
  • Prepare account reconciliations and financial statements;
  • Perform basic accounting research with written conclusions; and
  • Receive formal training, on the job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.

The Requirements
  • 1+ year of relevant experience;
  • Bachelor's and/or relevant advanced degree;
    • Accounting, Finance, Economics or related (Preferred)
    • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
  • Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communication; and
  • Proficient use of technology.

Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. Salary Range: For individuals hired to work in Orange County, CA, the expected salary range for this role is $82,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.
Benefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firm's 401(k) plan upon hire.
