Job description

SUMMARY:
The reconcilement area is responsible for the daily and monthly reconcilement of GL accounts, internal accounts, and all applications. This position is responsible for the daily reconcilement of bank records in accordance with established bank policies and procedures, alerting the Reconcilement Supervisor of any and all out-of-balance conditions, and taking the necessary action to ensure that outstanding outages are researched and corrected.

Ensures accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly reconcilement of GL accounts, internal DDAs, and control accounts.
Collaborates with peers and leaders effectively.
Demonstrates a willingness to change processes and technological capabilities.
Learns new systems and processing in order to streamline and scale work.
Performs work within customer service level expectations and key vendor processing timelines.
Performs daily work as defined with accuracy.

The wage range for the Reconcilement Associate position is $18.50 - $21.50 per hour and eligible for approved overtime. The position includes 17 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) and 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability) and 11 annual paid holidays, and 1 float holiday.
