The Accounting Associate supports the Business Services Department by maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative and accounting support for a variety of stakeholder groups. This role plays an important part in ensuring the integrity of financial information while delivering exceptional service to residents, families, vendors, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate Whitney Center's values by treating residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Requirements
  • Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Update and maintain the operating check register using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with resident admissions
