Job description

CR Fletcher is seeking an Accounting Administratorfor a client that is a family owned and growing company. This is an important, trusted member of the leadership team.
This role is responsible for day to day accounting operations to include:
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Accounts receivable activities to include AR reports, payment processing, and collections
  • Assist with payroll, payroll taxes, and payroll reconciliations

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
