Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or expected completion prior to employment.

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Outstanding academic performancerequired, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

  • Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.

  • Internship or relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or client accounting services.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

  • Interestin cloud accounting technology, process improvement, and client service.

  • Progress toward CPA eligibility or an interest in pursuing the CPA designation is a plus.

The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $56,485 to $85,200

In Frisco, TX: pay rate range is $60,000 to $81,320

In San Francisco, CA: pay rate range is $76,700 to $100,680

In Irvine, CA: pay rate range is $67,850 to $89,060

In New York, NY: pay rate range is $73,500 to $96,810
