Job description

  • You will take responsibility for providing daily invoices and special bills to customers across various order processing applications
  • Manage incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and address issues efficiently
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer accounts, including sending welcome letters to ensure customer success
  • You are expected to complete portal billing entries and follow up for designated national customer accounts
  • Review and research open order reports to guarantee timely and accurate billing
  • You will perform and verify standard accounting entries for financial data processing, reconciling report discrepancies and problems
  • Post detailed entries to accounting records and handle routine transactions such as sales tax exemption certificate processing, vendor invoice processing, disbursements, voucher preparations, and remittances
  • Support additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success
