Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant in Fort Worth, TX to support the accounting team with daily financial and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include processing invoices, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, performing data entry, and supporting month-end activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Must have 2 years of Accounting experience
  • Must have 5+ years of Administrative experience
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks
