Job description

Kinetic Staffing is seeking immediately available Accounting Specialists to support a critical, large-scale corporate project in Wilmington, DE. This short-term engagement is ideal for detail-oriented accounting professionals with strong reconciliation experience and intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.


These temporary, full-time positions begin on August 17, 2026, and are expected to last approximately 30 days. This is a 100% onsite position based in downtown Wilmington, DE. Successful candidates will support a dedicated corporate project team by performing high-volume reconciliations, organizing accounting data, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.


Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume account and transaction reconciliations.
  • Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel templates to organize, analyze, and present accounting data.
  • Identify discrepancies, trace variances, and resolve balancing issues using basic accounting principles.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation throughout the project.
  • Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within project deadlines.

 

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and pre-built templates.
