Keep the deals moving and the details right.
O'Brien Auto Team is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced biller to support our sales and accounting teams. This role is critical to ensuring all vehicle deals are processed accurately and funded quickly.
What You'll Do:
  • Process and post retail car deals.
  • Break down deals and submit contracts to banks
  • Reconcile L & T Schedule.
  • Process retail L&T paperwork for car deals.
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Support general office tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
