We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role on our growing team. Youโ€™ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, and posting information to accounting journals and QuickBooks. Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements
  • Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
  • Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers
  • Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
  • Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements
  • Tax Return Preparation - Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S
  • Payroll Tax and Sales Tax Filings

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
  • 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
  • Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
