The position is onsite, encouraging collaboration and interaction with our dedicated teamwork-driven staff. This role is not suitable for remote work, as the hands-on approach is essential for effective execution of the responsibilities. The successful candidate will be integral in navigating the complexities of financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaboration with the accounting team to consolidate accounts and ensure consistent financial reporting.
  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable; monitoring of timely payments and receivables.
  • Execute detailed reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
  • Administration of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in pay distribution, tax withholdings, and report filings.
  • Assistance with the preparation and coordination of the audit process to comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Implementation of and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
  • Ensuring the company complies with all additional legal and regulatory requirements of financial and tax reporting.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Review of financial data and preparation of monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or a similar role in financial bookkeeping.

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
