We are seeking a results-driven Accounting Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing diverse accounting functions, ensuring accuracy across financial records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Execute tasks across multiple accounting areas, including general ledger maintenance, fixed assets, inventory cost accounting, and accounts receivable.
System Integrity: Utilize ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel to manage data, generate reports, and ensure financial accuracy.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve inquiries and streamline processes.
Operational Excellence: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to deadlines while adapting to changing priorities and work demands.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business required; Accounting major preferred. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a significant plus.
