Job description

Receptionist / Accounting Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $23–$25/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift) 8:00 -5:00 PM

We’re hiring an energetic Receptionist / Accounting Clerk to support a busy office and assist the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, is detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What you’ll do

Front Desk / Reception

  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front-office experience
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
  • Distribute incoming mail and maintain office supply inventory
  • Maintain filing for accounting and customer records

Accounting Support

  • Enter vendor bills/invoices and assist with filing payments
  • Match vendor invoices to purchase orders (PO matching)
  • Process credit card payments and assist with bank deposits
  • Support invoicing tasks and make collection calls as needed
  • Assist with month-end administrative support
What we’re looking for
  • 1–2 years experience in an office/admin role (accounting support a plus)
  • Strong phone etiquette, written/verbal communication, and customer service
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • QuickBooks and/or NetSuite experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED required (some college preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
