Vertical Holding Group/Victory Electric is seeking a Director of Operations & Safety to lead operational excellence, accountability, and consistency across all companies.


This role is responsible for bridging the gap between office and field, enforcing standards, and building systems that allow each company to scale effectively. The right candidate will ensure that our processes, people, and performance are aligned - creating an organization that runs efficiently, predictably, and independently of any one individual.
