Job description

Job Summary

This position supports the execution of the strategic sales and marketing plans for the assigned customers through use of sales and business system ability. The Account Manager will work closely with the Regional Director/Sales VP, sales team, other corporate functional teams, and the factories to maintain and support the business of the assigned customers.

Primary Responsibility

1.Account Farming (External)

โ€ข Daily direct interface with customers on day-to-day tactical business issues including:

o Build & maintain strong customer relationships. Be a key contact point between the company, the sites, and customers in AM-related matters. Understand customerโ€™s business and products/production requirements.

o Production planning, logistics, purchasing, and finance services issue resolution.

o Managing upside requests from Customers and working with Factory to support their requests.

o Die loading and tracking and support Factory on die attainment.

o Expired and excess material reclamation and liability claims. Follow up on excess material disposition and tracking.

o Coordinating Aging wafer disposition and clearance

o Customers issues log (complaints on services, quality issues, etc)

o Customer reporting and manage Customersโ€™ inquires.

2.Internal Account Support

โ€ข Maintain data in forecasting system, including creation of customer forecast device and updating volume, pricing, and customer code, etc.

โ€ข Responsible for monthly forecast reviews and forecast accuracy.

โ€ข Feedback to Sales and management teams on forecast trends & changes

โ€ข Update sales and management team of monthly and yearly forecast projections.

โ€ข Provide accurate demand visibility to fulfill operations planning and execution (capacity, materials, resource, revenue, etc.)

โ€ข AR reconciliation follow-up.

3.Sales Support

โ€ข Work with Sales on AOP planning and forecasting.

โ€ข Work with Sales on quotation preparation and ensure immediate system pricing updates.

โ€ข Provide monthly/quarterly quotation and price list alignment and updates to the customer.

โ€ข Daily interface with sales team (Sales Manager, TPM, Factories, etc.) on accounts and business activities and issues impacting short to medium term demand.

โ€ข Provide information on customer needs & volume potential.

โ€ข Co-Coordinate and prepare Quarterly Customer Business Review (QBR) presentation materials. Participate in the customer QBR if required.

โ€ข TOP/MOU/Tax penalty reclamation & support other corporate initiatives when applicable

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements

โ€ข Experience requirement by job level: 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.

โ€ข College degree or equivalent experience.

โ€ข A self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed, โ€œcan doโ€ attitude and result-oriented.

โ€ข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

โ€ข Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
