Join Our Team as a Financial Services Intern at Epiroc!
Responsible for supporting the structuring process of financial transactions with both internal and external clients, including asset security, complete process documentation, collections, and invoicing.
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings:
This part-time internship offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week. Working hours will be arranged Monday through Friday within company operating hours to support both business needs and academic commitments.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer service and administration, including registration, problem resolution and payment processing
  • Actively work with claims and indemnification process where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Maintain integrity and control of lease contracts while ensuring terms and deal structures meet legal and business requirements
  • Serve as primary contact with Customers across the US and Canada
  • Accurately enter contract data and customer specific requirements into leasing software for proper account maintenance
  • Assist in developing step-by-step procedures for all critical functions in order to standardize processes and minimize errors
  • Draft contractual documents and ensure that final contract documents are accurate & consistent with approvals

Knowledge/Education:
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting or a related field
  • Graduate or Senior Undergraduate students preferred
  • GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Excel proficiency required
  • LeasePlus/Aspire leasing software experience preferred
  • PowerBI experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to create agents to support process improvements preferred

  • Well organized, with a methodical approach to work
