ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Be available to work during business hours:
    • Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm
    • Friday 9am to 3pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Works well with a small team.
  • Positive disposition.
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
  • Reliable, consistent and motivated.
  • Spanish speaker preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance or currently holding a Property & Casualty license.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
