Role Description The Account Representative role is a full-time, on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ, supporting a State Farm agent’s office. In this role, the Account Representative assists current and prospective customers with insurance and financial services needs, including explaining coverage options, preparing quotes, and processing policy changes. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing customer accounts, handling billing and policy documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
