Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Account Representative to support business growth across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role focuses on both B2B and B2C sales, working exclusively with company-provided leads-no cold calling required.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who can understand customer needs, recommend the right building solutions, and guide clients through the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with new and existing B2B and B2C clients.

  • Contact and qualify company-provided leads (no cold calling).

  • Understand customer project requirements and recommend the best building solutions.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Guide customers through the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to closing.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Recommend design options based on project requirements.

  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).

  • Proven experience in consultative, solution-based, or account management sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

  • Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
