Summary of Functions
The Revenue Auditor performs a variety of accounting duties, but is primarily responsible for preparing clean, accurate, organized records and reports and performing duties in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for recording daily activities for Tribal Businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Audits all financial aspects of Camas Center Membership, KAR, CELC, Camas Center Clinic, KAS, KMP and other future enterprises to compile general journal entries and conducts investigation into variances.
  • Tracks and reports activity in all venues.
  • Transports cash deposits when necessary.
  • Performs special analysis and reconciliations as directed by supervisor or manager.
  • Prepares daily general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  • Assists the CFO and Controller with various accounting functions.
  • Assists department supervisor and team members with other activities and projects as necessary.
  • Ensures control/protection of company assets.
  • Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
  • May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

Education

Experience

  • Attention to detail and ability to gather analyze and report information skillfully and accurately.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios to practical solutions.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with department heads and employees.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet month end deadlines.
  • Requires attention to detail and ability to research inconsistencies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
