Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment and design through build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 

  • Lead assigned SAP Concur workstreams across Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request, managing the workplan, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality of deliverables; escalate scope, timeline, and resource concerns as appropriate.
  • Facilitate requirements, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders and project teams. Translate travel and expense, accounts payable, corporate card, and spend management requirements into practical SAP Concur solutions.
  • Own functional design for assigned scope and coordinate or perform configuration, integration requirements, data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
  • Analyze current-state processes and provide recommendations related to operating models, policy alignment, compliance controls, tax and value-added tax considerations, corporate card programs, and spend management improvements.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client stakeholders, communicating progress, decisions, risks, and action items. Support training, change adoption, stakeholder communications, and post-go-live activities.
  • Contribute to estimates, proposals, reusable assets, and SAP Concur practice development. Mentor more junior team members and share knowledge, delivery methods, and functional expertise.
