Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for all aspects of AP function, including collection of invoices, employee  expenses, inputting data into the system, printing checks, and mailing out checks.  
  • Responsible for allocating expenses to different departments.
  • Responsible for reconciling AP to itself and to the General Ledger.  
  • Responsible for answering questions from vendors. 
  • Responsible for collecting data about department expenses. 
  • Responsible for backing up others in the department.  
  • Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.

  • Associate's degree in accounting preferred  
  • 5+ years' experience working with Fixed Assets
  • Good organizational skills
