Job description

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead and manage operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the Company's standards
  • Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the manager as well as client as needed
  • Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and escalate issues as the need arises
  • Provide excellent service and responsiveness to client
  • Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned account (purchasing, budget preparation and review, reporting and expenses).

Other Skills & Abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications

Physical Requirements
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
  • This job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of related experience required
  • Minimum four years of industry experience required
  • Minimum three years of supervisory experience required.
