National Accounts Manager

Sign Pro – Idaho Falls, Idaho

Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time

Are you a relationship-driven account manager who enjoys managing projects, solving problems, and working with national brands?

Sign Pro is seeking a National Accounts Manager to manage the installation of incoming sign projects from national companies and multi-location businesses. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll work with established customers who rely on us to survey, quote, permit, manufacture, and install signage throughout our service area.

For over 30 years, Sign Pro has built a reputation as the premier sign company in the region, known for exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. We are looking for someone who can continue that tradition while helping grow our national accounts division.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sign projects from initial inquiry through completion
  • Build and maintain relationships with national account customers
  • Review project specifications and develop accurate estimates
  • Coordinate surveys, permitting, production, and installation schedules
  • Communicate project status and updates to customers
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and production staff
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales and long-term partnerships
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
