  • Develop and execute lead generation programs through marketing activities and events

  • Develop campaign and event content and offers aligned with the buyer journey
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, optimizing engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration
  • Use marketing technology and processes to manage campaigns, events, audience segmentation, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing to create event experiences showcasing company services
  • Lead project management to deliver campaigns and events on time and on budget
  • Own the full lifecycle of physical and virtual campaigns and marketing events, including logistics, swag, materials, promotion, execution, and follow-up
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, executives, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, booth and collateral needs, speaking opportunities, and attendee engagement
  • Track and report campaign and event performance, lead capture, follow-up workflows, pipeline, and revenue contribution
  • Coordinate campaign and event debriefs to optimize processes
  • Manage lead nurture follow-up and handoffs between Marketing, BD, and Sales
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Ideally, experience in cybersecurity or fast-moving tech environments
  • Experience planning and executing in-person events, including 3rd party events and roundtables
  • Experience planning and executing virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, and podcasts
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
