Role Description The Account Manager role at SalesDraft is a full-time, on-site position based in Provo, UT. In this role, the Account Manager manages a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing utilization of the SalesDraft platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, conducting product walkthroughs, monitoring account performance, and regularly reviewing recruiting metrics with stakeholders. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoots issues, coordinates with internal teams, and identifies opportunities to improve client outcomes and expand account usage.
